Capital Steel Industries, LLC (“CSI”) has Dealers throughout the United States who are authorized to contact potential CSI customers about purchasing pre-engineered steel buildings and related material from CSI. CSI’s Dealers are not: agents of CSI; partners with CSI; in a joint venture relationship with CSI; or employed by CSI. CSI’s Dealers have no authority, actual or apparent or otherwise, to bind CSI to any contract, agreement, transaction, or dealings.
