Steel Building Utah is an authorized independent Capital Steel buildings dealer based in Eagle Mountain, Utah.
Paula Loscher is the owner of Paula’s Pad and Palette LLC, a real estate and home staging company. She is a native of Utah and loves helping others realize the dream of homeownership. With her background in real estate and design, she saw a need to bring more choices to the home market in Utah by joining the Capital Steel Family. Hoping to help you realize your dream she partnered with Ed and Lisa. From shops, garages, or barndominiums we are here for you!

Ed and Lisa Gilmore are owners of Timber Builders LLC. Ed has been a licensed and insured general contractor for over 25 years. They move to Utah in 2013 from Central California. They specialize in multi and single-family new build housing, remodels, and basements. They are excited to grow their brand for our construction business in a new direction by partnering with Paula as we launch Steel Building Utah.
